You'll play a key role in processing invoices, supporting reconciliations, and maintaining smooth, reliable accounts payable operations. You'll be joining a collaborative finance team where your attention to detail and reliability will directly support the accuracy of our financial records.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nPerform basic accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and simple reconciliations \nAssist with routine financial transactions and documentation following established procedures and accounting guidelines\nSupport month-end processes by preparing basic reports and maintaining organized financial records\nProcess accounts payable transactions including invoice entry and payment preparation\nSupport accounts payable reconciliation tasks and maintain organized vendor files and payment records\nVerify invoice accuracy and match purchase orders to receipts using standard verification procedures\nAssist with monthly vendor statement reconciliations and prepare basic accounts payable reports\nEscalate complex payment issues, vendor disputes, and approval questions to supervisor while maintaining accurate transaction documentation\nWhat you'll need to be successful: \nMust haves:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n1-2 years of accounting experience.\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken.\nNice to have:\nExperience with Great Plains of Microsoft.\nAs an
