Development representative to join a fast-paced, data-driven environment.\nWhat you'll be doing: \nBuild and manage a sales pipeline from scratch to close\nBuilding and managing a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline to support consistent revenue growth\nDeveloping tailored, customer-centric sales pitches and strategies for new advertisers\nPresenting TrafficJunky solutions to meet client objectives and deliver ROI\nRepresenting TraffickJunky at industry events, building brand visibility and thought leadership in the market\nActively search for and attract new advertisers, agencies, and partner platforms across all industries both adult and non adult\nDeliver presentations and conduct negotiations with potential clients\nProspect, Pitch and Identify partners’ needs and offer relevant solutions\nGuide clients from the first contact to the introduction to an onboarding specialist\nTrack funnel KPIs, run follow-ups, and re-engage prospects\nActively hunting for new advertisers by cold Pitches, Forums, Telegram Groups, and events\nTrack all customer interactions and key milestones in Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date and actionable records.\nBuild strong long-term client relationships, understanding each advertiser’s business model, growth goals, and industry vertical.\nWhat you'll need to be successful:\nMust haves:\n3-5 years in a Business Development role at an Ad Network, DSP, Performance Agency, CPA Network\nA network of contacts in Adult and Non-Adult related industries ( Igaming, Ecom, Lead Generation) be a huge plus\nExperience independently build, pursue and close a large pipeline of leads\nA metrics-oriented, competitive attitude\nPassion to hunt, educate and sell\nThe commitment and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn!\nAnalytical skills : Proficient in Excel (advanced functions) and familiar with BI tools (PowerBI, Harmony, Looker, etc.).\nStrong communicator with the ability to simplify technical concepts and motivate a diverse, global client base.\nMotivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, ready to support clients with a “whatever it takes” mindset.\nAbility to interpret data, translate insights into action, and present recommendations to internal teams and executives.\nA passion for digital advertising, analytics, and working in a collaborative, high-growth setting.\nNice to haves:\nWorked with Igaming Products and or Lead Generation Products\nAdult industry knowledge and or affiliate marketing knowledge\nWorking on a medium or
