RayNeo is a Chinese consumer electronics company based in Shenzhen that designs and sells augmented reality and XR smart glasses, including the X3 Pro, Air and V-series models, together with a companion app and a developer platform. The business grew out of a TCL communications innovation lab that began AR work in 2018 and became a separate company in October 2021; it develops its own full-colour MicroLED optical engines, waveguide optics and SLAM algorithms and sells online in China and abroad.
