\n▼募集背景\nPayPayのより一層の事業成長、サービスの充実・加速的推進のために、新規事業・サービスの構想段階から法的側面でサポートを行う体制を強化するため、主として金融法務をご担当いただくメンバーを募集いたします。\nさらに、アメリカに新たに設立した子会社の支援など、グローバル展開を見据えた英語での業務にも対応していただきます。 \n▼具体的な業務内容\n決済・金融領域の法務スペシャリスト、グローバル展開をサポートする法務スペシャリストとして、以下の業務を担当していただきます。\n新規事業・サービスに関する法的検討（事業部門との打合せ、法的整理検討、契約書レビュー等）\n金融規制や業規制の調査\n事業部門からの法律相談対応\n米国子会社の設立・運営に伴う法的サポート、各種英語での契約書レビュー・交渉\n海外拠点のメンバーや外部専門家との英語を用いたコミュニケーションおよび業務連携\n▼本ポジションの魅力\nフィンテック企業の先進的な決済・金融、新サービスに関する業務経験を積むことができる\n自身が構想段階から携わったサービスが、7,500万人超のユーザー様にご利用頂けるインパクトの大きさを体感することができる\n新規ビジネスに早い段階で携わることができるため、2線の立場でありながらビジネスを作っていく感覚を味わうことができる\n必要な経験/スキル\n以下いずれかのご経験を5年以上お持ちの方\n決済・金融・IT業界いずれかの企業の法務部門における実務経験\n弁護士事務所にて決済・金融・IT関連会社の企業法務案件を担当したご経験\nビジネスレベルの英語力（実務での英語使用経験、海外拠点とのコミュニケーションが可能なレベル）\nあると望ましい経験/スキル\n新規事業立ち上げの際の法的サポート等の実務経験\nスピード感をもって自律的に業務をこなすことができる方\n弁護士資格（日本法、米国法その他）\nPayPayが求める人物像\nPayPay 5 senses に当てはまる方\n待遇・条件\n雇用形態\n正社員\n勤務地\nHybrid Workstyle※所属組織のルールおよび業務指示に応じて出社対応頂きます。\n\n勤務時間\nスーパーフレックス制（コアタイム無し）\n原則：午前9時～午後5時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）\n休日\n土日祝日、年末年始および会社指定日\n\n休暇（法定休暇および会社
