Procurement Operations\nConvert approved BOMs into purchase orders based on project schedules.\nTrack order status, manage delays, and ensure material availability aligns with production\nplan.\nCoordinate with planning and engineering to prioritize and expedite critical items.\nMaintain ERP/MRP accuracy for lead times, min-max levels, and procurement costs.\n3. Quality & Compliance\nDevelop vendor scorecards for delivery reliability, quality, and cost competitiveness.\nWork closely with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure supplier compliance with\nIEEE/ANSI and internal standards.\nDrive vendor audits and material inspection protocols.\nEnsure REACH/RoHS/environmental and safety compliance for materials.\nSkills & Attributes:\nStrong understanding of transformer materials and sub-vendor ecosystem (core, winding,\ninsulation, bushings, oil, etc.).\nTechnical-commercial acumen - ability to read drawings, specifications, and BOMs.\nSupplier negotiation and contract management skills.\nProficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.\nStrong follow-up, communication, and analytical ability.\nStrategic mindset with hands-on operational execution.\nQualifications\nEducation: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
