The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to develop new suppliers and new components commercially and technically, improving supply chain efficiency, inventory management, demand planning, procurement coordination, logistics optimization, and data-driven decision-making to support business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork with Engineering to identify, develop and optimize a supply base capable of supporting component and raw material requirements for high-voltage circuit breakers and other highly engineered equipment\nSource and manage both technical milestones and commercial agreements supporting supplier development\nAnalyze and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.\nMonitor inventory levels and develop strategies to maintain optimal stock availability.\nCollaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow.\nSupport demand forecasting and supply planning activities.\nIdentify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans.\nTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, OTIF, lead time, and forecast accuracy.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.\nCoordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.\nDevelop and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.\nUtilize ERP and planning systems for inventory, procurement, and supply planning Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Production Planning, or Operations.\nStrong understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, and logistics operations.\nExperience working with ERP
