The ideal candidate will have experience with key inventory processes and systems and must be willing to work nights and partial weekends as required.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nAssess each room to determine that the plants are allin the correct area.\nScan in each room to assure that they are accurate.\nRecord all plant movement, and stage changes to assure they are accurately recorded.\nWork closely with Cultivation Lead, and Cultivation Inventory Assistant Manager and assist in any needs they may have for the day.\nAbility to come in during odd hours to accomplish end of month tasks.\nMaintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork\nWork collectively with other team members and assist in any other departments as assigned.\nQualifications\nExceptional attention to detail\nStrong customer service and communication skills\nBasic familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment\nAbility to collaborate and work with others, while also able to work with limited supervision\nMust meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies\nAble to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies\nAble to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies\nEducation\nHigh school diploma/GED required\nExperience\n1-3 yearsworking in an inventory capacity\nCompetencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude)\nCustomer Obsessed-Dedicated to creating a remarkable experience for both internal and external customers; builds rapport and maintains meaningful and effective relationships creating trustful, authentic connections; viewed as a good listener and is easy to approach and talk to and is often in the know early in any given situation.\nResults Oriented-Empowered with knowledge of their potential and enjoys working hard to create wonder; is action oriented and full of energy for impactful and challenging projects; acts with minimal direction; seizes more opportunities than peers; exceeds goals and is consistently a top performer; applies key business and industry knowledge and experience to make informed decisions and take actions that drive business results; conscientious of the bottom line and steadfastly pushes self and others for results that deliver on Company goals.\nFunctional/Technical Skills- Possesses functional and technical knowledge and skills to perform at a high level of accomplishment; understands how their job function supports being a force for good.\nDirect reports\nNo direct reports\nWorking conditions\nThe person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumes.
