They are also responsible for communicating to the Lead(s) to follow through with the tasks assigned to the team by the Processing Manager. This position is an integral piece of the harvest, cure, and trim process at Ayr Wellness, focusing on effective teamwork, ensuring that all numbers are correctly reported in the state mandated inventory tracking system, and only the highest-quality, well-manicured cannabis flower is packaged for sale to our customers.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nResponsible for ensuring a Safe working environment by performing Safety Audits and Safety Corrective Actions as required. \nResponsible for the adherence and management of the AYR Operating System (AOS) within the assigned area. \nResponsiblefor assisting thePost-Harvest Manager in organizing, planning,and implementing strategies for the department.\nResponsible for auditingLeads’ inspection and weighing of cannabis flower, stems, stalks, and fan leaves and input into the state mandated andinternal tracking software system(s).\nResponsible for the scheduling of labor and management ofdaily adjustments to ensure production requirements are achieved.\nResponsiblefor the Quality Control of their assigned area ensuring a clean, seedless, pest, and pathogen productis produced. \nReports any instances of identifiable occurrence of mold, mildew, seeds, pests,or pathogens to the Post-harvestManager.\nResponsible for tracking attendance and performance of their assigned team members. Aids in the hiring processfor post-harvest.\nResponsible for schedulingtraining and feedback to the team member during their training period. \nAssists with any other tasks related to the post-harvest process as necessary.\nAllocates duties to the Post-Harvest Leads and Technicians as needed.\nFosters a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.\nQualifications\nMust meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies.\nAble to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies.\nAble to provide valid badging/credentials as required by state cannabis agencies.\nMeticulous attention to detail and strong desire to produce a high-quality product.\nAbility to multi-task repeatedly with exceptional attention to detail with minimal errors.\nExcellent PC Skills and expertise in Microsoft Office programs.\nProven record of boosting team performance.\nAbility to communicate effectively with coworkers.\nMust be dependable, professional,and confident.
