岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责制定公司的整体招聘策略，包括招聘流程优化、招聘渠道管理、招聘预算规划等，并确保这些策略得到有效执行。同时，根据业务需求和市场变化，及时调整招聘策略以适应外部环境的变化。

2、负责建立招聘效能评估体系，通过数据分析、市场调研等手段，对招聘流程、成本、质量等方面进行定期评估。基于评估结果，提出改进措施，以不断提升招聘效率和效果。

3、负责招聘团队的组建、培训和管理工作，确保团队成员具备专业能力和良好协作精神。同时，制定招聘团队的绩效考核方案，激发团队成员的工作积极性和创造力。

4、建立并维护公司的人才库，包括简历库、候选人关系管理等，以便在需要时能够快速找到合适的人才。同时，积极与各大高校、猎头公司等建立合作关系，拓宽人才来源渠道。

5、负责招聘过程中的风险管理工作，包括确保招聘流程符合相关法律法规和公司政策要求。同时，对招聘过程中可能出现的风险进行预测和评估，并制定相应的应对措施。

6、与各部门保持密切沟通与合作，了解业务需求和人才需求变化，及时调整招聘计划和策略。同时，参与公司内部的人力资源规划工作，为公司整体战略目标的实现提供有力支持。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上，企业管理、工商管理、人力资源管理等相关专业;

2、精通招聘流程、人才评估方法和工具，熟悉各种招聘渠道和招聘方式。;

3、优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门和层级的人员有效沟通，协调解决招聘过程中出现的问题。
