岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责嵌入式技术路线发展规划、团建建设、能力建设、流程建设等;
2、负责带领团队完成嵌入式技术平台搭建;
3、负责带领团队攻克公司级嵌入式方向的技术专题;
4、负责将传统图像算法、AI智能算法性能优化和高效性能部署，达到能满足产品量产所需要的功耗及性能要求;
5、负责调研及跟进各嵌入式芯片平台异构资源性能评估以及高性能计算库封装和产品化落地;
能够满足其中一项多项要求。
任职要求 / Requirements
1、研究生及以上学历，精通c/c++，熟悉数字电路，具备一定硬件调试能力，熟悉主流的AI SOC芯片比如海思、安霸、联咏、高通等。
2、两年以上Linux系统开发经验，熟悉操作系统架构，有一定的软件开发能力，能够独立开发模块或者整个项目工程。
3、有过高效部署优化计算机视觉、语音处理、数字信号处理等方向算法业务落地经验;
4、熟悉C/C++编程，熟悉LINUX环境开发，熟悉并行或者异构计算，比如ARM NEON、OPENMP、OPENCL、CUDA等;
5、具有海思、TI、Novatek等嵌入式平台的异构资源如NPU、DSP、GPU开发经验优先;
6、熟悉CEVA XM6、CADENCE等DSP平台指令集和有过开发经验优先。
7、自动化，电子工程，通信，计算机等相关专业。
