Join us, and get better with every move.\nJob Description\nΤhe Accident Management Coordinator holds a pivotal position within our organization, tasked with the management of processes associated with accident management ,Own Damage (OD) domains. This role is fundamental in ensuring that all incidents related to accident management are handled consistently, guaranteeing optimal service for drivers while managing costs effectively for Ayvens.\nKey Responsibilities:\n- Monitor the initiation and conclusion of damaged car repairs aiming to enhance the driver experience.\n- Strategically minimize the time and cost required for the repair of damages.\n- Ensure the creation of qualitative claim files to streamline the claims handling process.\n- Provide timely support and relevant information to drivers involved in accidents.\n- Monitor partner actions in accordance with their Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\n- Channel damage assessments towards the preferred suppliers network.\n- Conclude theft and total loss cases within the agreed timeframe.\n- Conduct close monitoring of insurance claims to minimize outstanding claims.\n- Handle and resolve driver complaints efficiently.\n- Collaborate with all departments to ensure efficient handling of client requests.\nQualifications and Skills:\n- A university degree in a relevant field.\n- 1-2 years of experience in automotive markets.\n- Proficiency in MS Office suite.\n- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.\n- Knowledge of the insurance/automotive market is advantageous.\n- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.\n- Customer-oriented mindset, dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction.\n- Results-oriented approach to achieve set objectives.\n- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.\n- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nWhy Ayvens?\nWith over 3.1 million vehicles managed across more than 40 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
