Join us, and get better with every move.\nWhat are you going to do?\nAs our new Asset Risk Data Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Asset Risk specialists driving data analytics, risk modelling, fleet valuation and data governance activities across the Group. You will enhance risk insights, support strategic decision-making, oversee key risk management exercises, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to strengthen Asset Risk governance and performance in a fast-evolving international business environment.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nTeam Management:\nLead, organize and develop the Asset Risk Data Analytics team of six analysts, overseeing Asset Risk analytics, modelling activities and data governance across the Group.\nData Management:\nOwn and manage the central Asset Risk data platform, ensuring data quality, consistency and effective reporting.\nModel Management:\nOversee Group Vehicle Asset Risk models and support their governance, monitoring and performance assessment.\nRisk Management:\no Contribute to the preparation and execution of the Asset Risk component of ICAAP.\no Support the development and execution of Asset Risk stress testing exercises.\no Coordinate and support the Asset Risk identification exercise across Ayvens and Société Générale frameworks, ensuring comprehensive risk assessment and appropriate mitigation actions.\no Coordinate fleet valuation exercises, risk monitoring activities and senior management reporting.\nData Analytics:\nSet priorities and lead advanced data analytics initiatives and ad hoc studies to support strategic decision-making and risk management activities.\nInternal and External Audits:\nCoordinate Asset Risk contributions to internal and external audits and regulatory reviews, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.\nWho are we looking for?\nKnowledge of Asset Risk Management, Residual Value Risk or comparable financial risk disciplines. Familiarity with fleet valuation methodologies and vehicle market dynamics would be considered an asset.\nStrong knowledge of data management and governance, including data quality frameworks, business requirements definition, reporting processes and coordination with IT and data teams.\nSolid experience in quantitative analysis and data analytics, with a good understanding of statistical modelling concepts and the ability to translate analytical outputs into business decisions.\nGood understanding of Model Risk Management principles and model lifecycle governance, including model monitoring, validation and performance assessment.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior stakeholders in an international environment.\nGood understanding of financial services, leasing or mobility businesses; previous experience in banking, leasing or the automotive industry would be considered a strong asset.\nUnderstanding of risk management and governance frameworks, including exposure to ICAAP, stress testing or risk identification processes.\nThe ideal candidate has:\nStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop, motivate and support team members.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and governance bodies across the organization.\nProven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in an international environment, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and support decision-making across multiple functions.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combining attention to detail with a strategic and business-oriented mindset.\nStrong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk, modelling and analytical topics to management audiences in a clear and concise manner.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to lead initiatives and drive them to successful completion.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and make sound decisions under pressure.\nContinuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge existing practices, identify opportunities and drive change.\n+10 years of relevant professional experience a similar role specifically in risk management, data analytics or quantitative analysis, preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science), Finance, Economics or Business Administration.\nStrong working knowledge of SQL, SAS or comparable data analytics tools, with the ability to review, understand and challenge analytical work.\nExperience working with large datasets and data management environments.\nKnowledge of statistical and analytical tools, such as Python, R or similar, would be considered an asset.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nFluent English is required, both written and spoken, with a minimum C1 level.\nProfessional certifications related to Risk Management, Financial Risk, Data Analytics or Project Management, such as FRM, CFA or PMP, would be considered an asset.\nWhat do we offer?\nWe're on this journey together.
