Join us, and get better with every move.\nMISSION OF THE ROLE\nAyvens is seeking an experienced BALTICOPERATIONS DIRECTOR to lead operational strategy and execution across Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. Reporting to the Baltic Managing Director and serving as a member of the Baltic Management Team, you will drive business performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, business targets, and sustainable growth across key operational functions.
