You will work closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technical teams to define requirements, improve processes, and ensure high quality delivery of solutions.\nActing as a key connector across functions and locations, you will ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are validated, and testing efforts are coordinated effectively across initiatives.\nWhat will you be doing?\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements\nEngage stakeholders to understand business processes and gather requirements\nDocument clear business and functional requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria)\nFacilitate workshops and align business needs with proposed solutions\nEnsure traceability between requirements, solutions, and outcomes\nProcess & Data Analysis\nAnalyse & document business processes, workflows, and data flows\nIdentify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement\nSupport data mapping and collaborate with technical teams on solution design\nTesting Coordination & Quality Assurance\nLead and coordinate testing activities across projects\nDefine test approach, plans, and scenarios aligned with requirements\nEnsure coverage across functional, integration, system, and UAT phases\nSupport and guide teams during test execution, resolving blockers\nManage defects, track progress, and ensure timely resolution\nProvide clear testing status updates, risks, and recommendations (e.g. Go/No-Go)\nStakeholder Engagement\nBuild strong relationships across business and technical teams globally\nCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences\nEnsure alignment on priorities, progress, and outcomes\nContinuous Improvement\nPromote best practices in analysis and testing\nContribute to process improvements and lessons learned\nWhat would our ideal candidate have?\n4-8 years of combined business analysis & testing experience across full end-to-end project life-cycle, preferably within insurance or financial services.\nSolid experience in business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping & functional documentation)\nSolid experience leading or coordinating testing activities across projects\nGood understanding of Agile methodologies (user stories, acceptance criteria) &\nKnowledge of testing lifecycle, defect management, and UAT coordination\nUnderstanding of data analysis and system integration concepts\nExcellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills\nProactive, structured, logical, detail-oriented approach and delivery-focused mindset\nStrong organisational and problem-solving abilities\nFluent English (C1 or above)\nThird level qualification is required; business analysis or testing certification is advantageous.\nNice to have\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools\nExposure to data-driven or regulated environments (Finance, Insurance, etc.)\nUnderstanding of cloud or analytical platforms (e.g. Azure)\nExperience of waterfall methodologies\nWhy Ayvens?\nWith over 3.4 million vehicles managed across more than 42 countries, we provide full-service leasing, flexible subscription services, fleet management services and multi-mobility solutions to customers of all sizes, including large corporates, SMEs, professionals, and private individuals.
