Ook bij binnen het Commercial Talent Program, dat 8 weken duurt. Dit talentenprogramma staat in het teken van onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers van Ayvens. Deze commerciële talenten beginnen hun loopbaan bij de grootste leasemaatschappij ter wereld.\nNa jouw eerste introductiemaand maak je verder kennis met verschillende commerciële teams. Als je het talentenprogramma met succes hebt afgerond, zoeken wij samen met jou een fijne plek in een Sales team dat bij jou past.\nWat ga je doen?\nAls deelnemer aan het Commercial Talent Program ga je aan de slag bij een van onze Sales teams. Je belt online-aanvragen na en leert ons werkproces tot aan de bestelling van een auto of bedrijfswagen. Daarnaast benader je zelf potentiële klanten, werk je offertes uit en verzorg je de follow up. Zo doe je ervaring op in het acquireren en beheren van MKB tot grote corporate klanten.\nOok maak je kennis met verschillende onderdelen en werkgebieden van het vak.
