Join us, and get better with every move.\nAt Ayvens we have an opening for an experienced Data Engineer for Risk & Compliance IT.\nWhat are you going to do?\nAs our new Data Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data solutions that support Risk & Compliance processes. You’ll gather business needs, perform gap analysis, write functional specifications, conduct unit and user acceptance tests, and coordinate production deployments. Your role combines technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.\nYou will report to Team Leader Risk & Compliance IT.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDevelop, operate, and optimize our data and BI platforms.\nCreate scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes and continuously enhance them.\nIntegrate, model, and consolidate data from various sources according to business requirements.\nEnsure the quality, performance, and stability of data processes.\nDevelop and maintain interfaces to internal and external systems.\nAutomate data and reporting processes and optimize existing workflows.\nSupport business departments in creating reports and analyses and further develop reporting structures.\nTranslate business requirements into sustainable and efficient data solutions.\nWho are we looking for?\nThe ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage complex projects. Aside from being a seasoned software engineer, you have the interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and ensure successful delivery.\nYou will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and:\nSolid knowledge of SQL, relational and non-relational databases, and ETL/ELT processes.\nExperience in data modeling, data warehousing, and modern data architectures preferably in Cloud hybrid Environments\nYou have practical experience with BI Reporting tools, preferably Power BI.\nProgramming skills and experience in automating and optimizing data processes.\nProven track record of collaborating with development teams and implementing IT solutions.\nKnowledge of Risk & Compliance processes and regulatory requirements.\nExperience with DevOps CI/CD and GIT.\nFamiliarity with Azure services (ADF, ADLS, APIMS) is a plus.\nYou have excellent written and spoken English language skills.\nWhat do we offer?\nWe're on this journey together.
