The successful candidate will define transformation roadmaps, guide investment decisions, and ensure alignment between business objectives, IT strategy, regulatory requirements, and Ayvens/Société Générale standards.\nWorking across global and local teams, the Senior Enterprise Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery organizations, and technology partners to design and govern end-to-end solutions that deliver business value, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and excellent user experience.\nThis is a unique opportunity to play a key role in Ayvens' digital transformation journey and contribute to the future of sustainable mobility.\nWhat are you going to do?\nAs the Senior Enterprise Architect for Corporate Services, you will:\nEnterprise Architecture Strategy\nOwn and maintain the enterprise architecture landscape for Corporate Services, including Finance, Risk & Compliance, HR, Legal, and Procurement domains with a comprehensive inventory of applications, platforms, integrations, and capabilities.\nDefine target architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned with business strategy and technology objectives.\nIdentify opportunities for application rationalization and develop decommissioning plans to reduce complexity and optimize costs.\nBusiness Alignment & Solution Design\nAssess business initiatives by evaluating scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and criticality.\nTranslate business needs into end-to-end architecture solutions and transformation programs.\nProvide architecture leadership throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives, from ideation and business case development to implementation and adoption.\nEnsure solutions balance business value, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, scalability, and user experience.\nArchitecture Governance\nEnsure adherence to Ayvens and Société Générale architecture principles, standards, and governance processes.\nCollaborate closely with Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Integration teams to establish and enforce enterprise-wide governance.\nDrive architecture review activities and support decision-making through clear recommendations and impact assessments.\nContribute to risk management, compliance reviews, and regulatory initiatives.\nStakeholder Management & Transformation Leadership\nAct as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for corporate function leaders.\nBuild strong relationships with central and local stakeholders across multiple countries and business entities.\nSupport strategic planning, investment prioritization, cost assessments, and business case development.\nDefine adoption roadmap for global solutions and support onboarding of local entities.\nIdentify transformation risks and dependencies and proactively propose mitigation actions.\nDelivery\nPartner with delivery teams to ensure architecture designs are successfully implemented and transitioned into operational support.\nEnsure consistency between architectural vision, project execution, and operational objectives.\nPromote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality, efficiency, and business performance.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for a strategic and pragmatic architecture leader with extensive experience in enterprise transformation and complex corporate environments.\nExperience & Expertise\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or IT Strategy roles.\nProven experience within automotiveleasing, mobility services, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.\nStrong understanding of Finance, Risk & Compliance, Procurement, HR, and Legal business processes.\nExperience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, BPM/Workflow, Financial and Risk & Compliance solutions.\nSolid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, cloud technologies, and security principles.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong strategic thinking and the ability to define long-term architectural roadmaps.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions.\nProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to both business and technical audiences.\nExperience managing multiple strategic initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.\nCustomer-focused mindset combined with a strong commitment to quality, reliability, and timely delivery.\nAbility to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.\nFluency in English is required.\nExperience supporting large-scale transformation programs in multinational organizations.\nKnowledge of sustainable mobility services, electric vehicle ecosystems, and emerging mobility business models.\nWhat do we offer?\nWe'reon this journey together.
