Join us, and get better with every move.\nWe are currently seeking an Insight & Reporting Analyst to join the Finance Team at Ayvens. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven analyst who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful insight. The role will play a key part in supporting business decisions through reporting, visualisation and analytical recommendations across Asset Risk and Finance.\nKey Purpose\nProduce, maintain and enhance Asset Risk reporting and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance and timely delivery.\nSupport the development of reporting, visualisation and automation solutions using Power BI, SAS and other reporting tools.\nProvide meaningful analysis and insight through reporting and data interrogation, supporting the Asset Risk team in identifying trends, risks and opportunities.\nIdentify, investigate and resolve data quality issues to improve confidence in reporting and decision-making.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions and datasets to provide accurate, timely insights and improve visibility of key business metrics and risks.\nProduce regular and ad hoc Asset Risk reporting and analysis to support business decision-making, projects and stakeholder requirements.\nAnalyse industry, fleet, residual value, maintenance and pricing data, identifying risks and recommending appropriate actions.\nImprove data quality, reporting accuracy and controls through advanced data analysis, process development and automation.\nCollaborate with Asset Risk and wider Finance teams to deliver reporting requirements and common data solutions.\nSupport pricing system testing, implementation and user training for system enhancements.\nEnsure reporting, analysis and data management activities comply with internal governance, control and audit requirements.\nSkills, Experience & Background\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas and macros, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.\nExperience developing data visualisations and dashboards using Power BI to support business decision-making.\nStrong analytical skills with experience using SQL, VBA, SAS or similar tools for data manipulation, reporting and automation.\nAbility to produce regular and ad hoc reports that provide meaningful insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of data governance, data quality principles and the importance of maintaining effective controls.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a range of audiences.\nStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExperience identifying, implementing and supporting process improvements and automation initiatives.\nWhat we offer\nRewards & Financial Benefits\nCompetitive pension scheme, Annual salary review and bonus scheme,\nGive As You Earn (GAYE) scheme, Employee referral scheme (£1,000)\nRetail discounts programme, GymFlex membership options, Cycle to Work scheme\nTime Off & Work-Life Balance\n25 days’ annual leave + an additional Celebration Day, 37.5 hour week, Holiday buy & sell scheme, Volunteer days , Time allocated for personal development, Study support (where applicable).\nWorkplace & On -Site Facilities\nEV charging points, Bike storage & shower facilities, Complimentary breakfast, Staff and social events\nStudies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply for an opportunity unless they exactly meet the criteria specified.
