Join us, and get better with every move.\nWe have a new opportunity for an experienced Procurement Audit & Process Lead to join us on an initial 12-month Fixed Term Contract until 30th December 2027. The role will focus on improving the quality of procurement contract records, strengthening reporting, and designing clear, compliant and efficient processes. This is a delivery-focused role with high visibility, working across Procurement and the wider business.\nYou’ll take ownership of improving contract and data quality across Procurement. Your initial focus will be to audit existing contract records, fix gaps and inaccuracies, and create a single, trusted source of truth. You’ll then use this data to build meaningful reporting and help redesign contract and data management processes to make them simpler, clearer and compliant.\nThe key responsibilities of the role are as follows:\nAudit existing contract records to identify gaps, errors and inconsistencies\nWork with stakeholders across the business to locate, validate and correct missing contract data.\nCreate and deliver a clear action plan to address data quality issues.\nCombine contract and monitoring logs into a single, accurate source of truth.\nAnalyse root causes of missing or poor-quality data and use insights to improve processes.\nDesign and deliver reporting that shows contract status and adherence to policy.\nReview and improve contract and data management processes, including onboarding and renewals.\nDocument clear, standardised procedures that are easy to follow and compliant with policy.\nDesign reporting and monitoring to track ongoing adherence to processes and standards.\nSkills & Experience\nStrong data analysis and reporting skills, with high attention to detail.\nConfident using Excel and similar tools to validate, analyse and present data.\nHighly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.\nComfortable working independently and with multiple stakeholder groups.\nGood understanding of contract management and procurement controls.\nAwareness of risk and compliance requirements within procurement or financial services.\nCurious and improvement-focused, with the ability to challenge existing ways of working.\nProven experience working in a complex procurement environment.\nPractical experience of contract management and negotiation.\nExperience designing or improving procurement processes and reporting.\nWhat we offer\nRewards & Financial Benefits\nSalary £40,000 to £50,000, Competitive pension scheme, Annual salary review and bonus scheme,Give As You Earn (GAYE) scheme, Employee referral scheme (£1,000), Retail discounts programme, GymFlex membership options, Cycle to Work scheme\nHealth & Wellbeing\nLife Assurance, Health assessment options, Travel insurance, Critical illness cover, Personal accident insurance.\nTime Off & Work-Life Balance\n25 days’ annual leave + an additional Celebration Day, 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, no weekends, Holiday buy & sell scheme, Volunteer days, Time allocated for personal development, Study support (where applicable).\nWorkplace & On -Site Facilities\nEV charging points, Bike storage & shower facilities, Complimentary breakfast, Staff and social events\nStudies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply for an opportunity unless they exactly meet the criteria specified.
