Join us, and get better with every move.\nWe're looking for a Rental Fleet Site Controller to join our Flex team in Milton Keynes.\nThis is a hands-on role where you'll help keep our rental fleet moving. You'll be responsible for making sure vehicles are received, inspected, prepared and ready for their next customer, while working closely with our workshop, valeting teams and rental operations colleagues.\nIf you enjoy working in a busy environment, are organised and take pride in getting things right, this could be a great opportunity for you.\nKey Responsibilities:\nChecking in new and returned vehicles and recording any damage or missing items\nMaking sure vehicles are clean, prepared and ready for delivery or collection\nCoordinating vehicle movements around the compound and making the best use of available space\nWorking closely with the workshop team to keep on top of vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance\nManaging the day-to-day activities of the valeting team and ensuring vehicles are prepared on time\nKeeping vehicle records and stock information accurate and up to date\nCarrying out pre-rental vehicle checks and highlighting any issues that need attention\nLiaising with colleagues across Rental Operations to ensure vehicles are available when needed\nCompleting regular stock checks and supporting fleet audits\nHelping maintain a safe, tidy and well-organised working environment\nSkills and Experience:\nExperience within fleet, rental, automotive or vehicle operations\nExperience working with suppliers or outsourced service providers\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities\nGood communication skills and a collaborative approach\nA keen eye for detail\nComfortable using Microsoft Office and operational systems\nA positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved where needed\nA full UK driving licence with at least three years' driving experience\nWhat we offer\nRewards & Financial Benefits\nCompetitive pension scheme, Annual salary review and bonus scheme, Give As You Earn (GAYE) scheme, Employee referral scheme (£1,000), Retail discounts programme, GymFlex membership options, Cycle to Work scheme\nHealth & Wellbeing\nLife Assurance, Health assessment options, Travel insurance, Dental insurance, Critical illness cover, Personal accident insurance\nTime Off & Work-Life Balance\n25 days’ annual leave + an additional Celebration Day, 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, no weekends, Holiday buy & sell scheme, Volunteer days, Time allocated for personal development, Study support (where applicable).\nWorkplace & On - Site Facilities\nFree parking (limited), EV charging points, Bike storage & shower facilities, Complimentary breakfast, Staff and social events\nStudies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply for an opportunity unless they exactly meet the criteria specified.
