You support product strategy and execution by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements, ensuring alignment with Ayvens product framework and global processes.\nWe have a hybrid working environment, but you will mainly be working at our Madrid Office.\n What are you going to do?\nIn this position you are going to be responsible for\nPartner with Product Managers (and/or Product Heads) and stakeholders to understand business problems and define problem statements.\nOrganize and facilitate workshops to gather input and design future-state to-be processes.\nTranslate business needs into user stories, with clear acceptance criteria, and other business artefacts (e.g., BRDs, FRDs, RTMs), mapped to Ayvens Global Process Structure (GPS).\nEnsure requirements are linked to business and product KPIs, defining or supporting the implementation of tracking mechanisms.\nAnalyse data and collaborate with product teams to identify areas for improvement in product and process performance.\nSupport development teams by providing clear, testable user stories and assisting in solution design.\nPrepare and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.\nAct as a key contact for product-related queries and an ambassador of the product internally and externally.\nEnsure alignment across systems and reconcile needs across business units when integrating solutions.\nSupport rollout of new functionalities and gather feedback for continuous improvement.\nFill in for the Product Manager or Scrum Master when required.\nStay informed about technology trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.\nThe Business Analyst works in adherence to the Ayvens product framework.\nWho are we looking for?\nThe ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration, agility project management and decision making are examples of key behaviours reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.\n4-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar digital product management role.\nProven track record of successful product roadmap delivery.\nProven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment while also being able to manage multiple projects independently.\nEnglish (fluent, verbally and written).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to explain complex concepts in a crisp, clear, concise and rich graphic style.\nExcellent analytical skills, including financial and market analysis skills and experience.\nAbility to support and motivate a team to deliver on objectives and produce results.\nIntercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams.\nWhat do we offer?\nWe're on this journey together.
