Join us, and get better with every move.\nAt Ayvens Digital & IT we have an opening for a Senior Data Engineer.\nAs our new Senior Data Engineer, you possess foundational knowledge in Azure technologies, particularly Azure Data Factory and Databricks, with a focus on developing and designing data engineering scripts and pipelines within the Ayvens Target Data Platform. This hands-on position involves collaborating with team members to execute data engineering processes effectively.\nWhat are you going to do?\nIn this position you are going to be responsible for\nCollaborate as part of a data engineering team, with a strong focus on Azure-based solutions.\nAssist in executing tasks related to data engineering while communicating with relevant stakeholders.\nDocument work processes and share knowledge about Azure best practices with team members.\nWho are we looking for?\nThe ideal candidate has the interpersonal skills necessary to manage and build relationships across multiple departments and geographical locations. Collaboration, agility project management and decision making are examples of key behaviours reflecting the agile culture of Ayvens.\nBSc or MSc degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of SQL for business analysis, ELT / ETL in Python (or equivalent).\nProven experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks is preferred.\nProven experience with CI/CD tools and processes.\nContinuous learning and curiosity about new technologies and industry trends.\nNice to have: experience with data ops, Docker and Kubernetes.\nGood communication and teamwork abilities.\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills. \nWhat do we offer?\nWe're on this journey together.
