The role acts as the primary bridge between Clients, Internal departments and third-party vendors to ensure project requirements are translated into successful and integrated solutions. MSI is not responsible for software development or system implementation. Instead, MSI ensures that all solution components are aligned, integrated and accepted by the customer.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Requirements Management\nConduct customer workshops to understand operational and business requirements.\nDevelop and maintain Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), use cases and functional requirements.\nManage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure stakeholder requirements are clearly communicated to delivery teams.\n2. Solution Governance\nCoordinate overall solution delivery across multiple systems and vendors.\nManage integration requirements, interfaces and dependencies.\nEnsure compliance with approved standards, architecture and project requirements.\nWork closely with TG on solution reviews and technical governance.\n3. Stakeholder Management\nServe as the solution focal point between clients, consultants, Project Managers, System Teams and IT Teams.\nFacilitate technical discussions and project coordination meetings.\nManage project risks, issues and action items relating to solution delivery.\nSupport management reporting and customer presentations.\n4. Project Monitoring\n Review overall solution progress and readiness.\n Monitor integration, testing and acceptance activities.\n Escalate issues a􀆯ecting solution delivery, integration or customer acceptance.\n Support project planning and delivery reviews.\n5. Testing & Acceptance\n Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.\n Review integration testing readiness and defect status.\n Ensure acceptance criteria are met before project handover.\n Support operational readiness and transition to maintenance teams.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n1. Education\nDegree or Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Building Automation, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechatronics or related disciplines.\n2. Experience\n2 to 5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:\n > Building Management Systems (BMS)\n > Smart Building Solutions\n > System Integration\n > ACMV Controls\n > Facilities Management Systems\n > Digital Building Platforms\n2. Technical Knowledge\nCandidate should possess a good understanding of:\n > Building Systems\n > Building Management Systems (BMS/IBMS)\n > ACMV systems and building services\n > Chiller plant operations\n > Energy monitoring systems\n > Building automation and controls\n4. Smart Building & Digital Solutions\nSystem integration concepts\nDashboard and analytics platforms\nDigital Twin concepts\nAsset Management systems\nData and workflow integration\n5. IT & Integration\nBasic networking concepts\nAPIs and data exchange concepts\nBAC6net, Modbus or equivalent building communication protocols\nCybersecurity awareness\n6. Skills & Competencies\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nRequirements gathering and workshop facilitation\nProblem solving and analytical thinking\nTechnical documentation and report writing\nAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders and vendors\nGood presentation and interpersonal skills\n7. Preferred Qualifications\nExperience in Hospital, Healthcare, Data Centre or Mega Projects.\nExperience participating in SIT, UAT and project commissioning activities.\nKnowledge of:\n > Chiller Plant Optimisation\n > Laboratory / Critical Environment Controls\n > Smart Building Analytics\n > Energy Management Systems\n\nCandidate Profile\nWe are looking for a technically competent and customer-focused engineer with a strong understanding of building systems, system integration, and smart building technologies. The successful candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments to deliver integrated Smart Building and Digital Solutions.
