The hours for the night shift are 6:30pm to 6:45am, 2/2/3 schedule with working every other weekend.\nMaintenance Tech III Starting Pay: $32.75 per hour plus 10% shift differential making your starting wage at $36.03 per hour\nWe believe the successful candidate will have:\nHigh School Diploma or GED, required\n3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position, required\nCompletion of two-year Maintenance Certification course preferred\nForklift experience required or the ability to complete Forklift Certification Program\nWork schedule flexibility to accommodate needs of the business\nMust be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment\nStrong electrical/mechanical aptitude.\nThe following certifications/qualifications would be a plus:\nStick and wire welding experience.\nProven experience working unassisted with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Electronic, Motor Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems\nStrong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment\nPneumatic conveying knowledge a plus\nAbility to read and update electrical/mechanical drawings\nStrong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities\nStrong mathematical skills\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range of audiences\nCore Competencies:\nProven experience as maintenance technician or similar role.\nStrong technical knowledge of all building systems (heating, pneumatics, hydraulics, etc.)\nKnowledge of health & safety practices and OSHA regulations.\nFrequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance.
