This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and team engagement. You’ll play a critical role in delivering production goals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and respect.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Production Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight for Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants to ensure we consistently meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You’ll manage daily production activities, coordinate resources, and collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading and engaging production teams to achieve operational goals\nEnsuring safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements are consistently met\nOverseeing equipment set-ups, start-ups, and efficient machine operation\nMonitoring product quality, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to specifications\nTroubleshooting equipment issues and partnering with Maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenance\nManaging production schedules, documentation, and shift communication\nProviding training, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team development\nPromoting a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment\nWhat You Bring\nAssociate’s degree (technical or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience\n3+ years of manufacturing experience with required supervisory experience\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nWorking knowledge of production equipment, quality standards, and safety practices\nProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook\nAbility to thrive on a night shift schedule\nWhat You’ll Receive\nAs of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time.
