Tələblər

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (nice to have).
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Understanding of hardware/software integration (depending on product domain).
• Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English and conversational level in Russian language.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Patience, empathy, and resilience when handling challenging customer situations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts.
