(depending on product domain).\nBasic knowledge of scripting or automation tools is a plus.\nFluency in English and conversational level in Russian language.\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written).\nStrong customer service orientation.\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.\nPatience, empathy, and resilience when handling challenging customer situations.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nAbility to work in
