About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Senior Account Managerto join our team in Belgium.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing our business by developing strong relationships with media agencies and advertisers, identifying new commercial opportunities, and promoting our digital advertising solutions across Video, Mobile, Display, and Data.
You will combine strategic account management with a proactive approach to new business development, helping clients achieve their advertising objectives through innovative and effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long- term relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to expand Azerion's presence in the Belgian market.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Present and sell Azerion's digital advertising solutions, including Video, Mobile, Display, and Data.
- Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored advertising proposals to meet their needs.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and drive revenue growth in line with sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and developments in the digital advertising landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution and high levels of client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and online media landscape.
- Proven experience in digital media sales, account management, or business development, preferably within an advertising technology company, media owner, or media agency.
- An established network within the Belgian media and advertising industry is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build trusted relationships and identify commercial opportunities.
- A self-motivated, dynamic, and resilient approach, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
