Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to delivering product demonstrations and closing deals.

The main responsibilities are:

• Develop and establish the market within an assigned territory.
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to formulate effective business strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, identify business opportunities, negotiate, and close business deals.
• Manage pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, supporting product pricing, and contributing to the achievement of business plan targets.

The role requires significant interaction with clients, prospective clients, partners, and Azeus personnel, which may be conducted face-to-face or through other communication channels.

Activities include:

• Develop and maintain a Sales Pipeline, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients through the CRM.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, including interstate travel when required.
• Deliver customer presentations and proposals, and negotiate and close business deals.
• Provide regular updates on sales leads, pipeline development, and business opportunities to Senior Management.

Experience

• Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Experience in presenting and demonstrating products or solutions to potential clients, including C-suite representatives.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; MBA is an advantage.
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in selling software, technology, or SaaS solutions to corporate executives.
• Commercial awareness of mobile and digital products, cloud, and SaaS solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
