This role ensures high-quality data management within HubSpot, contributing directly to the effectiveness of outreach initiatives and the overall health of the CRM database.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork with the assigned Sales Manager to build and maintain contact lists that enable them to meet their sales plan.\nCollaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and define list-building requirements.\nConduct in-depth research to identify relevant organisations and contacts based on provided criteria (e.g. sector, geography, job role).\nCreate accurate and targeted contact lists, ensuring data integrity and alignment with GDPR and company policies.\nInput and update contact information in HubSpot, maintaining data cleanliness, consistency, and segmentation.\nRegularly audit and verify existing contact data to ensure continued relevance and accuracy.\nMonitor data gaps and proactively source updated information through online research or third-party tools.\nDocument and maintain procedures for data collection, input, and quality control.\nSupport reporting and analysis needs by ensuring CRM data is structured for easy extraction and campaign performance tracking.\nEssential Requirements:\nProven experience working with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
