He or she takes care of day-to-day activities servicing account holders.\nResponsibilities\nAssist the AGM@Convene Team in customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring proper on-boarding of clients, getting clients feedback, addressing their concerns, and handling of clients additional requests\nAssist in facilitating annual general meetings, conducts dry-runs and trainings among C-level executives/board members/ shareholders\nShape the flow and conduct of a clients annual general meeting with their knowledge of the product\nManage events and projects based on client needs, and scheduling meetings for in-depth discussions on requirements\nFollow up pending actions from customers and other resources in the organization, and track each call to resolution.\nDevelop and maintain good working relationships with clients by providing timely responses to customer requests through calls, chats and/or emails\nCoordinate with customer contacts to inquire about their needs and offer solutions to optimize customer satisfaction\nVisit client sites to provide onsite account support as the need arises\nHelp in generating and following-up sales or business leads\nCompose client correspondence and helpful product guides\nMaintain and update global account team databases and contact lists\nStay abreast on company products and services\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in publications, communications, business, management or equivalent\nA customer service background or account coordination or management experience is a plus\nExperience in project and events management\nFast learner and tech-savvy\nStrong familiarity with video-conferencing software\nExcellent people skills\nPatient, flexible and can work under extreme pressure\nStrong organizational, monitoring, and coordination skills\nFocused and detail-oriented\nStrong analytical abilities\nAbove average English written and oral communication skills;
