responsible Cashier to join our Finance team.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily cash and payment transactions, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate records, performing reconciliations, and ensuring all transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and financial controls.\nKey Responsibilities\nHandle daily cash, cheque, card, and other payment transactions accurately and efficiently.\nReceive customer payments and issue accurate receipts and payment acknowledgements.\nVerify payment details and supporting documentation before processing transactions.\nMaintain accurate records of all cash collections and financial transactions.\nPerform daily cash reconciliation and closing activities.\nEnsure physical cash balances correspond with system records and immediately report discrepancies.\nPrepare and maintain daily collection and transaction reports.\nCoordinate with the Finance and Accounts teams regarding collections, deposits, reconciliations, and outstanding transactions.\nEnsure timely and accurate bank deposits and maintain supporting documentation.\nMaintain proper filing of receipts, payment records, deposit slips, and other financial documents.\nRespond professionally to customer queries regarding payments and receipts.\nFollow established cash-handling procedures, internal controls, and company policies.\nMaintain strict confidentiality when handling customer and financial information.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing required transaction records and documentation.\nImmediately escalate any cash discrepancies, suspicious transactions, or payment-related issues to the relevant supervisor.\nPerform other cashiering and finance-related duties assigned by management.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.\nPrevious experience as a Cashier, Accounts Cashier, Finance Cashier, or similar role.\nExperience handling high-volume financial transactions and cash collections is preferred.\nGood understanding of cash handling, reconciliation, receipts, and basic accounting procedures.\nStrong numerical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nExperience with ERP, accounting, or payment systems will be an advantage.\nAbility to maintain accurate records and handle confidential financial information.\nStrong communication and customer-service skills.\nTrustworthy, responsible, organized, and capable of working under pressure.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment.\nUAE experience and previous experience within the real estate/developer sector will be an
