The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with a Consultant/Supervision firm in the UAE and possess a strong understanding of quality control procedures, inspection processes, and construction best practices. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure that all civil works are executed to the highest quality standards while meeting project timelines, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.\nResponsibilities\nInspect and monitor all civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.\nConduct regular site inspections for excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete, masonry, finishing, and external works.\nVerify that materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and approved material submittals.\nWitness and inspect site activities, including concrete pours, reinforcement works, waterproofing, and structural elements.\nReview contractor inspection requests (IRs) and ensure timely inspections and approvals.\nIdentify non-conforming works and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required, while ensuring corrective actions are implemented.\nCoordinate with Resident Engineers, Contractors, Architects, Structural Engineers, and MEP teams to resolve site issues.\nMonitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project schedules.\nPrepare daily inspection reports, site observation reports, and maintain inspection records.\nEnsure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and international construction standards.\nAttend progress meetings and provide technical input related to civil works.\nVerify as-built works prior to handover and support project close-out activities.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.\nMinimum 8+ years of experience in civil inspection, with significant exposure to high-rise tower construction projects in Dubai.\nMandatory experience working with Consultant/Supervision firms in the UAE.\nStrong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, finishing works, and civil construction methodologies.\nGood understanding of Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and international construction standards.\nExperience reviewing inspection requests, material inspections, and quality
