quality, and compliance before submission.\n\nManage clarification requests and coordinate responses with relevant internal stakeholders.\n\nIdentify potential risks, gaps, and dependencies within bids and escalate issues when required.\n\nSupport pricing and commercial proposal preparation in coordination with Finance and relevant business stakeholders.\n\nMaintain a centralized pipeline and database of ongoing, submitted, won, and lost bids.\n\nConduct post-bid reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.\n\nMonitor tender portals and relevant procurement platforms for new opportunities.\n\nEnsure all bids are submitted accurately and on time, with complete supporting documentation.\n\nMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to improving the organization's bid management processes.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in bid management, tender management, proposal management, or a similar role.\n\nExperience working with government entities, semi-government organizations, or large enterprises is an advantage.\n\nStrong understanding of RFP, RFQ, RFI, ITT, and tender processes.\n\nExperience in technology, IT services, digital transformation, consulting, or professional services is preferred.\n\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids and tight deadlines simultaneously.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and
