deliverables, including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.\n\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful solution implementation.\n\nMonitor project progress, manage requirement changes, and mitigate business-related risks.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n6+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.\n\nStrong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and requirements management.\n\nExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.\n\nProficiency with business analysis and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Microsoft Office.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.\n\nExperience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.\n\nCBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar business analysis certification is an advantage.\n\nStrong leadership, organizational, and decision-making
