the role\nThe Senior Business Analyst is expected to understand complex business problems, challenge assumptions, structure ambiguity, facilitate decisions, define business and solution requirements, analysis across assigned initiatives from early discovery through implementation and solution evaluation.\nThe successful candidate should be equally comfortable discussing a business operating model with senior stakeholders, facilitating a requirements workshop with users, analyzing a complex process, defining business rules and system behaviour, working through integrations with technical teams, and translating the outcome into delivery-ready requirements.\nWhat you'll do\nLead discovery: find the real business problem, challenge assumptions, and run workshops with stakeholders\n\nDo AS-IS/TO-BE process analysis (BPMN), gap analysis, and help shape business cases and solution options\n\nOwn requirements quality: business rules, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability\n\nWork with technical teams on systems, APIs, integrations and data (you don't need to be a developer)\n\nSupport Agile delivery (refinement, sprints), UAT, and validating that solutions deliver value\n\nMentor junior and mid-level BAs and help improve BA standards\n\nRequirements\n6+ years of BA experience in tech, SaaS, digital transformation or enterprise systems\n\nProven ownership of complex initiatives across the full lifecycle\n\nExperience with Agile, enterprise apps, integrations and APIs\n\nBachelor's in MIS, CS, IT, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field\n\nTools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, Visio/Lucidchart, Figma, Swagger/Postman, basic SQL\n\nNice to have: CBAP, CCBA or PMI-PBA, and experience with government, regulated-sector or GCC/KSA
