Product & Business Alignment\nCollaborate closely with Product, Business, QA, Infrastructure, Operations, and other stakeholders.\n\nEnsure technical decisions support business objectives, product strategy, customer value, and commercial priorities.\n\nContribute to technology and product roadmap discussions.\n\nEvaluate technical options based on business value, feasibility, scalability, and cost.\n\nSupport the adoption of SaaS, cloud, and modern technology strategies where applicable.\n\n6. Cloud & Technology Modernization\nSupport and drive cloud modernization initiatives, particularly within Microsoft Azure environments.\n\nPromote modern engineering practices, cloud-native capabilities, automation, integration, and scalable architectures.\n\nContribute to technology modernization and digital transformation initiatives.\n\nEnsure cloud solutions consider performance, security, availability, scalability, and operational efficiency.\n\n7. Quality, Security & Operational Excellence\nEnsure engineering teams follow software development, testing, security, and quality best practices.\n\nWork closely with QA and Operations to ensure production readiness and release quality.\n\nMonitor technical and operational performance and drive continuous improvement.\n\nPromote effective documentation, knowledge management, and lessons learned.\n\nEnsure delivery processes support organizational quality and governance requirements.\n\n8. Risk, Compliance & Governance\nIdentify, assess, and manage technical and delivery risks.\n\nMaintain visibility of dependencies, constraints, issues, and mitigation plans.\n\nSupport engineering governance, internal reviews, audits, and compliance requirements.\n\nContribute to quality frameworks and process maturity, including CMMI-related practices where applicable.\n\nEnsure appropriate technical documentation and governance controls are maintained.\n\n9. Team Capability & Innovation\nSupport the development and continuous improvement of engineering capabilities.\n\nCoach and guide technical teams and promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and quality.\n\nContribute to recruitment, technical assessments, performance development, and capability building.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve engineering productivity through automation and emerging technologies.\n\nSupport innovation initiatives, including the evaluation and adoption of AI/ML solutions based on business value, ROI, and prioritization frameworks such as ICE/RICE.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n3-5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, engineering management, or a related technology leadership role.\n\nExperience managing software development teams and/or external technology vendors.\n\nStrong understanding of software development life cycle and Agile delivery methodologies.\n\nExperience with technical planning, estimation, sprint execution, release management, and delivery governance.\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture, system integration, application development, and enterprise technology environments.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Azure and cloud modernization initiatives is highly desirable.\n\nStrong knowledge of software quality, security, scalability, performance, and operational best practices.\n\nStrong stakeholder and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business functions.\n\nSaudi nationality is required.\n\nTechnical Knowledge\nThe ideal candidate should have working knowledge of several of the
