strategies.\nLead architectural reviews and maintain high code quality standards.\nManage technical debt and system evolution.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.\n4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.\nDeep expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, including advanced language features and patterns.\nExtensive experience designing and scaling distributed systems.\nStrong background in database design and optimisation with PostgreSQL.\nExpert knowledge of ORMs (Prisma, TypeORM, Sequelize) and their performance implications.\nProven experience with event-driven architectures and message queuing systems at scale.\nTrack record of leading successful technical initiatives and driving architectural decisions.\nExperience building and mentoring engineering teams.\nStrong system design and problem-solving skills.\nExcellence in technical communication and documentation.\nProven ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.\nPreferred:\nExperience with microservices architecture and domain-driven design.\nStrong DevOps background with expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps practices.\nKnowledge of observability tools and practices (logging, monitoring, tracing).\nExperience with high-availability and disaster recovery planning.\nContributions to open-source projects or technical communities.\nExperience in healthcare or AI-driven systems.\nTrack record of technical publications or conference
