If you are passionate, curious, innovative and data driven, you could still be a good fit.\nAbout the role:\nThe purpose of this position is to carry out day-to-day company secretarial administration to a portfolio of corporate and fund structures.\nKey responsibilities:\n+ Assist with all aspects of the company secretarial administration on a range of entities across various corporate structures, including companies, trusts, limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships\n+ Assist with all aspects of corporate governance matters, including client on-boarding, maintaining internal systems and databases, company secretarial matters including board meetings and filings with local registries and responding to day-to-day client correspondence\n+ Specific board meeting tasks include obtaining directors availability, preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs and drafting minutes and resolutions for routine matters\n+ Maintain accurate records for all entities administered including contact information, shareholder details and processing all changes thereon\n+ Incorporation / dissolution of companies / partnerships, annual and other ad hoc filings with local registries\n+ Initiate the collection CDD on shareholders via Aztec Verify for new clients / investors\n+ Tasks could include liaison with notary offices, government offices, tax authorities, banks and the regulators (as applicable)\n+ Working with Aztec centres of excellence in line with Aztec working practice ensuring excellence client delivery\n+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients, colleagues and other business contacts\n+ Act as payment inputter for payment of client invoices\n+ Undertake routine and office clerical tasks where necessary\n+ Assist and support the induction, integration and training of Trainee staff\nSkills, knowledge, expertise:\n+ Previous financial services experience desirable\n+ Commencement of Corporate Governance Institute UK (CGI / ICSA) qualification desirable (Aztec Academy support available for continuance of studies)\n+ Computer literacy skills\n+ Good attention to detail\n+ Good interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts\n+ Very good organisation and time management\n+ Ability to take the initiative\n+ Flexible and practical approach to work\nWe will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also for professional qualifications to enhance both your professional development and ability to provide sound administration services.
