If you are passionate, curious, innovative and data driven, you could still be a good fit.\nAbout the role:\nReports to Client Relationship Manager\nThe purpose of this position is to carry out routine day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.\nKey responsibilities:\nAdminister funds, management companies and associated fund structures within the team and liaise with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis\n\nAssist with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting minutes for routine meetings\n\nMaintain accurate investor records on eFront and process investor changes\n\nPrepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses and assist with the maintenance of the electronic payments library\n\nProcess and co-ordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions\n\nEnsure regulatory and statutory fillings are made in timely manner\n\nAssist with the accounts distribution and filing process\n\nAssist and support the induction, integration and training of Trainee staff\n\nSkills, knowledge, expertise:\nThe candidate will be expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably ICSA Certificate level or equivalent)\n\nSome financial services experience (to be supported through the Aztec Academy)\n\nComputer literacy skills are essential\n\nGood interpersonal skills are required to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts\n\nWe understand that everyone has different needs, and that’s why our employee package includes a variety of benefits.
