Get a head start in your career through an internship with Aztec and explore the world of work in a diverse and supportive environment.\nWe’re always looking for new talent, and this program will introduce you to the Aztec world in financial services and open the door to future career opportunities. We are proposing end-of-studies internships, for a duration of 6 months as from January 2027 (it can start eventually a bit earlier depending on your internship dates).\nThis internship will allow you to develop core business skills, including soft skills and technical training, and to gain additional relevant qualifications.\nWhilst following our structured training program, designed by our Aztec Academy and supported by experienced colleagues, you will be assisting a team with the day-to-day administration of fund structures under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager.\nKey responsibilities:\nAssist with all aspects of the administration of funds, management companies and associated fund structures\nAssist with all aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability and drafting minutes for routine meetings\nUndertake routine office and clerical tasks where necessary\nPrepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses\nMaintain accurate investor records and process investor changes\nEnsure Aztec internal control frameworks are followed in full\nAssist in the processing of routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions\nSkills and knowledge :\nStudying a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Corporate Law, Legal, Secretarial matters or Business Administration (being within your last year of studies - we won't consider Accounting / Finance profiles)\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nConfident communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients\nAbility to prioritise and time manage workload\nA drive to learn and positive attitude\nGood attention to detail\nA team player who is willing to get stuck in, work hard and have fun!\nBeing available to start in January 2027, for a duration of 6 months\nBeing able to have an Internship Agreement for Mandatory Internship with your university.\nWe understand that everyone has different needs, and that’s why our employee package includes a variety of benefits.
