This is not a role for someone who simply manages campaigns. It's for someone who can inspire people, define strategy, build systems and create the next generation of enterprise marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You'll own the entire marketing organization. You'll build and coach the team, define the marketing strategy, own demand generation, strengthen our brand and create predictable pipeline growth. At the same time, you'll redesign our marketing operating model by embedding AI into every stage of planning, production and optimization.
You won't inherit a playbook. You'll build the one others will follow.
Lead the Marketing Organization
Build, coach and inspire a world-class marketing team while creating a culture of ownership, curiosity, accountability and continuous improvement. You'll hire exceptional talent, develop future leaders and empower every team member to perform at their highest level.
You'll champion an AI-first mindset across the team, helping marketers confidently embrace new ways of working instead of fearing them. Your role isn't to replace people with AI. It's to enable your team to eliminate repetitive work, focus on creativity and strategy, and continuously raise the bar together.
You'll align Marketing with Sales, Product and Customer Success, set clear priorities and KPIs, and ensure every individual understands how their work contributes to company growth. You'll be a manager when your team needs guidance, a coach when they need development, and a teammate who is always willing to roll up their sleeves when required.
Own the Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, translating business objectives into measurable growth initiatives. Own positioning, messaging, brand, demand generation, ABM and go-to-market strategy while continuously optimizing performance, pipeline and ROI.
You'll balance long-term brand building with short-term revenue generation, build scalable marketing programs across multiple customer segments and create alignment between every marketing initiative and business objectives. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product and Leadership to ensure marketing becomes a true strategic growth engine.
Build an AI-Native Marketing Organization
This is where the role becomes different.
We're not looking for someone who occasionally uses AI. We're looking for someone who wants to reinvent how marketing operates.
You'll redesign marketing from the ground up by creating an AI-native operating model where strategy, execution and optimization flow seamlessly together. You'll build intelligent workflows that compress campaign cycles from months to days, eliminate manual handoffs and automate repetitive work so the team can focus on higher-value thinking.
You'll design a Marketing Operating System where data → AI agents → decisions → execution → learning become one continuous process. Specialized AI agents will review assets for legal, brand, competitive positioning, SEO, privacy and quality before anything reaches the market, creating faster execution without sacrificing consistency.
Whether that's n8n, Claude, OpenAI, Jasper, MCP or whatever technology comes next is secondary. What matters is your ability to design systems that scale and continuously improve.
Requirements
You’d Be a Great Fit If You…
You're an experienced B2B marketing leader who knows how to build teams, create strategy and deliver measurable growth. You've owned marketing plans, managed budgets, built pipeline and understand how modern go-to-market organizations operate.
More importantly, you're a leader who develops people. You create clarity, remove obstacles, coach individuals to become future leaders and foster an environment where collaboration, ownership and continuous learning become the norm.
You're a builder. You think in systems rather than campaigns and see AI as the biggest shift in marketing in decades. But you also understand that technology only creates value when people embrace it. You know how to bring your team on that journey, creating excitement instead of resistance and enabling marketers to achieve more than they ever could before.
You're equally comfortable discussing company strategy with the executive team, mentoring a demand generation specialist, brainstorming positioning with product, reviewing campaign performance or designing the workflows that power your organization.
You don't believe leadership is about having all the answers. It's about building a team that's capable of finding better ones together.
