It will be powered by AI that fundamentally changes how work gets done on the factory floor. We’re building a future where work instructions are generated automatically from engineering data, AI agents assist operators in real time, quality documentation is created autonomously, and repetitive administrative work simply disappears.\nWe’re not digitizing existing processes anymore. We’re redesigning manufacturing execution from the ground up.\nFounded in 2016, Azumuta has grown into one of Europe’s leading Manufacturing SaaS scale-ups, working with some of the world’s most innovative manufacturers across industries including aerospace & defense, industrial machinery, automotive, electronics and medical devices.\nWe’re building what manufacturing will look like over the next decade. If that excites you, you’ll fit right in.\nYour mission\nMake Azumuta intuitive to use and easy to understand. You bring product and brand design together, shaping both the product experience and how we present it to the world. From a shop floor workflow to our website or a sales presentation, you make every touchpoint feel clear, consistent and distinctly Azumuta.\nWhat you will do\nDesign product features and workflows with product and engineering, from early ideas to shipped interfaces.\n\nTurn complex, technical shop floor workflows into intuitive experiences that help people get their work done.\n\nBring our product’s value to life through clear, compelling visuals for our website, pricing page, marketing campaigns and sales materials.\n\nCreate reusable assets and a practical process for keeping sales and marketing materials aligned with the latest product developments.\n\nBuild and evolve a consistent visual language across our product and brand.\n\nCollaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success to understand user needs and business priorities.\n\nHelp shape how we design with AI-from working with agents in our codebase to designing directly in code and evaluating new tools.\n\nRequirements\nYou’d Be a Great Fit If You…\nYou have a few years of experience in product, UI or brand design, with a portfolio that shows your craft and thinking.\n\nYou enjoy working at a fast pace, turning ideas into work we can ship, and improving it through feedback.\n\nFigma is familiar territory, and AI is already part of your design process. You experiment with AI agents, emerging design tools or designing directly in code-and can explain what works for you and why.\n\nYou are curious about complex workflows and enjoy making them clear and intuitive. Manufacturing experience is not required; an interest in the industry is.\n\nYou have a strong visual eye and can explain the reasoning behind your design decisions.\n\nYou speak English fluently. Dutch or French is a plus.\n\nYou enjoy working alongside your teammates in the office and collaborating in person.\n\nWhat’s In It for You?\nOn top of a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits to support your well-being and growth. And…\nReal ownership, with a visible impact on both our product and brand.\n\nA team with strong technical and AI expertise to collaborate with, learn from and explore new approaches together.\n\nAn in-office culture at our new office at Campus Rommelaere in Ghent.\n\nApply\nSend us your portfolio and the brand you admire. We look forward to seeing your work.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3496,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced (C1)","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Industrial IoT (IIoT)","Manufacturing & Industrial Software"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-27T18:34:12Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":60,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.602,"p_room":1,"age_days":5,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:3","stale_co","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-11-02T06:13:15Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/azumuta-product-designer","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/azumuta-product-designer.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-02T18:19:16Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":25586,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-03T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":697274},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=697274"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fazumuta-product-designer"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fazumuta-product-designer"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fazumuta-product-designer"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/azumuta-product-designer\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fazumuta-product-designer"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3350855}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"azumuta.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3350855},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
