As an ISR, you will be the face of AZZ, providing an upstanding and personal customer experience. You will develop great relationships with our customers- both internally and externally. The ISR sets and manages service expectations and is always looking for ways to improve and enhance our customer and employee relations.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nMaintains log, status, and control over customer RFQ’s and quotations.\nAssists Sales Manager with developing quotations and sales strategies.\nMakes calls to customers and potential customers to introduce new products and services; receives customer inquires/sales calls to provide resolutions to problems and/or assist in the sales process.\nAssists Sales Manager and Sales Engineers in closing orders as required.\nContacts customers when orders are completed.\nMonitors market conditions and competitors' prices and services.\nReviews orders for completion and informs customers accordingly.\nAttempts to sell additional services to prospective or current customers by telephone.\n 5+ years experience in sales and/or customer service.\n2+ years supervisory experience preferred.\nSteel industry experience preferred.\nProficient in all Microsoft Office applications, i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPrior knowledge of Oracle preferred.\nMinimum Education\nAssociates Degree required.
