職務内容

・Development of key technologies and system integration for achieving the mission

・Example 1）Training and evaluation of LLMs

・Example 2）Development and evaluation of LLM agents

・Example 3）Development of methodologies to solve domain-specific problems

・Patent application and presentation of research outcomes, including joint research with partners

・Implementation of developed technologies through internal and external collaboration

・ミッション達成に必要な要素技術開発及びシステム構築

・例1）大規模言語モデルの学習及び評価

・例2）LLMエージェントの構築及び評価

・例3）分野課題を解決するための手法開発

・知財化、研究成果の対外発表（研究機関との共同研究を含む）

応募資格（必須）

・Deep passion and knowledge of the above research topics

・Strong coding skills, specifically proficiency in Python

・Experience in team-based software development using GitHub or similar platforms

・Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Strong background in computer science and data science principles.

・Self-motivated and collaborative research and development experience in one or more of the following areas:

・Interdisciplinary areas, including the intersection of machine learning with science, engineering, drug discovery, life science, etc.

・LLMs and agents

・English communication skills

・該当分野への強い意欲・知識

・高いコーディング力（Python必須）

・GitHubなどのソフトウェア開発プラットフォームを使ったチームでの開発経験

・情報系もしくはそれに類する分野での修士号保持者、またはそれに準ずる経験

・以下いずれかにおける自律的かつ協調的な研究開発経験

・融合領域（機械学習と科学、工学、創薬など）

・大規模言語モデル、エージェント

・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル

・Experience in academic publications or real-world applications with significant contributions to both research design and implementation, in one or more of the following areas:

・Example 1, 2, and 3 above and related topics

・Interdisciplinary areas regarding the mission

・Recognized in data science competitions such as Kaggle

・Experience in web application development

・以下いずれかに関する論文発表（立案と実装における主要な貢献）または実用化（商用/非商用問わず）の経験

・Development of technologies to advance research and industrial applications in the above fields as well as commercialization

賃金・賞与

月給：541,667円～1,500,000円

想定理論年収：6,500,000円～18,000,000円

※上限金額はその限りではございません

※月給・想定理論年収：基本給＋固定時間外手当(35時間相当)

※時間外手当は一般職のみとなり、かつ、固定時間外手当(35時間)を超えて勤務した場合は実績に応じて支給いたします

※別途インセンティブが支給されることがあります

通勤手当有り（上限：150,000円/月）

一般職：時間外勤務手当、深夜勤務手当、休日勤務手当、通勤手当など

管理職：マネジメント手当、深夜勤務手当、通勤手当など
