The role will be responsible for day-to-day delivery activities and management of project delivery teams (14 FTE in total), driving progress, defining approaches and processes in close collaboration with the RACF Integration Team and other IAM/Mainframe experts, facilitate effective stakeholder engagement with business and line organization, all to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. completion.\nSupport and act as an Deputy of the RACF Project Leader in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.\nDrive progress across Business Delivery (BD) teams and ensure delivery against agreed timelines and milestones.\nFacilitate daily project team standups, focused (virtual) workshops, and ad-hoc stakeholder meetings.\nMaintain action and decision logs and project documentation\nDrive accountability for actions and commitments across participating project stakeholders\nTrack project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, escalating where appropriate.\nMaintain project progress trackers for and prepare status reports, presentations for management\nSupport project governance processes and reporting requirements\nDevelop recommendations for automation opportunities and manage implementation activities\nMust-have knowledge and experience\nProven experience managing or coordinating projects within banking, financial services, or other regulated environments.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to drive delivery, manage priorities, and resolve obstacles in complex projects.\nExperience identifying and implementing process improvement and automation opportunities.\nStrong understanding of project governance, reporting, and risk management practices.\nKnowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and access control processes.\nFamiliarity with RACF or mainframe security environments is highly desirable.\nUnderstanding of regulatory, audit, and risk management requirements within financial institutions.\nExperience with process analysis, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExcellent planning, organizational, and coordination capabilities.\nAnalytical and problem-solving mindset.\nAbility to influence without direct authority and drive accountability across teams.\nResults-oriented with strong attention to detail and execution
