We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to own the change and release related activities in a program related to transforming to Google Cloud. This role reports to the program managersand acts as the single point of contact for the program for managing/coordinating the business and technical change related activities.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Change management for business process and technical changes
- Coordinate/facilitate the changes required to be done by the application development teams
- Manage the change and release management processes as per the bank's internal processes and guidelines
- Coordinate the information sharing and upskilling related activities towards the relevant users
Must-have knowledge and experience
*5+ years of hands-on change and release management experience.
*Hands on experience of change and release management work in cloud migration projects. Experience in this area should be described in the application.
*Great communication skills and ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders; able to engage and drive follow-up actions and able to bring clarity both in verbal and written communication
*Good analytical skills and attention to detail; able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
*Experience in facilitating information sharing related requirements and activities
*Excellent English skills, both in speaking and writing
