As a Senior IT Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, helping design data-driven solutions, analyze business requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality IT products.
You'll work in a cross-functional Agile team on complex end-to-end initiatives involving data analysis, data quality and modern analytics solutions.
Your responsibilities
Act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams.
Gather, analyze and refine business requirements.
Design and support data-driven solutions together with technical teams.
Perform data analysis, data quality and data hygiene activities.
Manage dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units.
Support delivery of complex end-to-end solutions.
Collaborate closely with developers, architects and business users.
Contribute to solution design and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work in an Agile delivery environment.
Our requirements
10+ years of experience as an IT Analyst, Technical Analyst or Data Analyst.
Strong SQL skills (must-have).
Experience working with complex business and technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with data analysis, data quality and data hygiene.
Practical experience with Hive.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, user stories and features.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and development teams.
Familiarity with Big Data concepts, CI/CD pipelines and basic Machine Learning concepts.
Excellent communication skills.
English at a minimum C1 level.

Experience reading and understanding code.
Experience with solution design.
Financial or banking sector experience.
