If you're a confident IT support professional ready to broaden your scope into asset management, we'll give you the mentorship and hands-on experience to grow into it.\nWhat you'll do\nDeliver responsive onsite and remote technical support - diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues so the team stays focused on building great products.\n\nInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, and run user training to help teammates get the most from their tools.\n\nOwn the full lifecycle of IT assets - from onboarding assignment through to secure, compliant disposal - keeping inventory records accurate and up to date.\n\nDrive the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing quotes, managing vendor relationships, and processing purchase orders efficiently.\n\nConduct regular asset audits covering hardware, software licences, and maintenance contracts, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.\n\nDocument and track every support case through to resolution, building a knowledge base that makes the whole team more self-sufficient.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nHands-on background in IT support, helpdesk, or a comparable technical role - comfortable working independently and at pace.\n\nSolid working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and macOS), and common business software.\n\nSharp troubleshooting instincts with a methodical approach to diagnosing problems under pressure.\n\nStrong communicator who can translate technical issues into plain language for non-technical colleagues.\n\nHighly organised, with a track record of juggling priorities without letting details fall through the gaps.\n\nAble to be in the office four days a week.\n\nNice to have: Familiarity with ITAM concepts, basic procurement processes, networking fundamentals, or command-line scripting (Bash or PowerShell).\n\nOur values\nAt B2Spin, Passion means we genuinely love building things that matter - and we want teammates who bring that same energy every day.
