If you take pride in the details, love being the person others rely on, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this one's for you.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the day-to-day experience across all B2Spin Gibraltar office sites, acting as the first point of contact for anything workspace-related and routing issues to the right people swiftly\n\nKeep every office consistently well-stocked, organised and comfortable - from supplies and refreshments to equipment, common areas, meeting rooms and kitchens\n\nMaintain clean, clear and orderly storage areas and archives, ensuring the physical environment always supports a productive team\n\nGet things done on the ground across Gibraltar, running errands and moving between office sites as needed to keep operations flowing\n\nSupport the team with everyday admin - meeting room bookings, travel and lunch arrangements, filing and record-keeping - so nothing falls through the cracks\n\nTrack all requests, tasks and orders in Monday.com, keeping visibility high and follow-through consistent for everyone who depends on you\n\nWhat we're looking for\nHands-on experience in an office coordination, facilities, or operations support role - ideally in a fast-paced or multi-site environment\n\nA natural organiser who takes initiative and follows through without needing to be chased\n\nComfortable working independently, moving between locations, and handling a varied workload across any given day\n\nConfident using workplace tools and platforms; experience with Monday.com or similar task-tracking software is a plus\n\nStrong communication skills - friendly, clear, and reliable when liaising with colleagues at all levels\n\nA practical, solutions-first mindset with a genuine care for the people around you and the spaces they work in\n\nOur values\nAt B2Spin, passion drives everything we do - we love building cool stuff and we want people around us who feel the same way.
